Busy, busy, busy!

So we have been painting our house for two weeks straight now.. I think! So there really hasn't been much to post about. I will post pics soon! Since I have been lame and haven't done anything really worth posting I thought I would post a couple funny things my kids have said the past week. You know in case you were bored and wondering why I never post anything good on this dang thing! I hope these put a smile on your face!

Will start with Eth. I think we were painting or cleaning up for the night or something, when he randomly walked over and said, "Mom, you are awesome". I wasn't doing anything particularly awesome at that moment, he just felt the need to let me know! Of course I already know I am awesome but it is good that at least one other person thinks so as well!

Little PW wanted to play outside so bad the past week. I wouldn't let him of course cause I knew with the crappy inversion he would for sure end up in an Urgent Care needing a breathing treatment. While explaining this to him one day (of many) I told him the air was poison and we argued back and forth about how he didn't care. When was all said and done he ended our little conversation with, "Mom. you. make. me. sad. and. cry" It is important to note that his face was priceless, he looked truly heart broken, and anyone who has ever heard him talk knows that each word he speaks is really passionate and that the periods are necessary!

Last but definitely not least little BW! My mom got a cold sore last week and all my kids are fascinated by it!(Quick side note, I just want to mention how grateful I am that I do not get cold sores!) Well my mom has had two surgeries in the past 60 days so she is constantly reminding the kids to be careful because she has a ouie! (It's hard to make up spellings for words that aren't actually words!)So Brynn was giving her the 20Q on the cold sore when this came out of that perfect little mouth! "Grandma, you have an ouie?" Grandma, "yep." BW, "The doctor gave it to you?" A perfectly logical assumption since all of her previous injuries have technically been given to her by a doctor!

I just thought I would post these, because they made me laugh and a few months from now when I am inevitably bored at work I will go through my old posts and I will get to laugh again and remember how dang cute my kids can be!

It's about time!

So not only has Steven Spielberg named a TV show after me, but apparently The Biggest Looser contestant ,Tara, is kick ass too. There must be something to the name! All I want to say is that is about time!

Some one will have to watch this show and find out if it is any good or not!

9. I have come to realize that, work: is something I enjoy

10. I have come to realize that, I will always be: loved, and most likely spoiled rotten!

11. I have come to realize that, I like: when things go my way

12. I have come to realize that, the last time I cried was: right before I decided to get completely trashed!

13. I have come to realize that, my cell phone is: usually dead, lost, or broken!

14. I have come to realize that, when I wake up in the morning: I am really cranky!

15. I have come to realize that, before I go to sleep at night: I think about a bunch of crap I can't control

16. I have come to realize that, right now I am thinking about: how comfy my bed is going to be in two hours

17. I have come to realize that, babies: are not all that annoying, as long as they are mine!

18. I have come to realize that, when I get on Myspace: I waste a lot of time

19. I have come to realize that, today I will: not get near as much sleep as I would like

20. I have come to realize that, tonight I will: probably be painting

21. I have come to realize that, tomorrow I will: have to go to school

I changed my layout!

After almost an entire year of the same layout, I have finally updated it. I don't keep anything that long. Hell, I have a hard time keeping a car for that long! I got it form this girl's website, she has fail proof directions (hello, I did it!). Check it out! Cristi's creations

No one have a heart attack!

We actually got a new TV! We no longer have our 32" tube tv. We are like adults, with HD and everything! Yay... We also got a PS3 so we have a Blue Ray player too! Now everything will look amazing. Regular TV really looks crappy on it since it is so big. Oh yeah, did I mention that we also got HD surround sound too! This is awesome, I am so excited, I can't believe we actually have nice stuff!

PW really wanted to play with the giant box, but we wanted to keep it in one piece in case something was wrong with the new TV.

The finished product. We actually measured how high on the wall PW could reach then hung it a little higher then that. But don't worry then we put a step right in front of it, yeah, we're smart.. S M R T!
