Well that took longer then expected!

Paxton gave Brynn her very first sibling haircut. I think this is some sort of weird right of passage or something. It seems like almost everyone has a story about when their child gave them self a hair cut. It doesn't surprise me at all that she was assisted in her effort. Her and Paxton are an indestructible force of nature! There are a lot of pictures however they just do not illustrate the carnage properly! Words can not describe how sad I am or how awful it really was. I am so glad that we still have to have our family pics taken!!! Heavy sarcasm!

After a little professional intervention, it is all evened up!

WOW, here we go, on long catch up post!

Okay so I haven't posted anything for the last six months or so! Here is a picture blog catch up post, in semi-chronological order!

Here is Kyle catching one of the neighbors chickens that got into our back yard. This was so fun to watch!

Nice action shot!

Aawwww!

We went to Strawberry Reservoir around labor day, here are some pics from that. It was freezing almost the entire time we were there, but the kids did get to go out on the boat for a little bit on Sunday, and the grown-ups did get in one good long warm ride. I got to ride my motorcycle through a rain storm at highway speeds, that was wet and really cold!

Jesse's dogs like to wake me and Kyle up by having a dog party in our bed!

The bat that we found, I think the dogs may have tried to eat it.

Guido and Rico getting along

The kids eating the crawdads that they caught at the lake...gross!

Our last St Anthony trip of the year, I don't even remember when this was! I remember it being fun though, of course we could live there and be satisfied with life!

Kids posing!

More posing

Naughty West children sitting on top of the picnic table

My first sand car ride!

More kids posing!

Paxton turned 4 on September 9th. He is so big and so cute, I love him to pieces! He posed with all his presents for a picture, like I trained him to do that or something (which I didn't BTW).

Presents

Cake

More presents, so spoiled...

This year the Wests missed Halloween. I think it may have had something to do with me and Kyle both working full time, me going to school full time, being completely broke, and Ethan getting H1N1 the week before. These are literally all the pics I have. Both the boys missed their school parades because of the flu. We were barely well enough to make it to actual Halloween.

Monkey man

Witch lady

All of the people (minus Jesse who took the picture) who braved Park City Main St, at least we got to eat pizza after! That's Ethan as Wolverine in the middle, I don't even have a solo pic of him :( MOTY.. Syd as Tinkerbell, and Arron as Jimmy Hendrix with the fro in the back.

My super sweet costume!

My baby is three :( On November second Brynn turned 3 and Kyle 28. She got to have a "swimmin' pool party" which is exactly what she ordered. She had a blast. She is so smart it blows me away, every day she just blurts something out that comepletely shocks me. Like singing the ABCs, or counting. Who told her she was allowed to learn!?! So much for my baby staying a baby.

Apparently she thought it was her first birthday!

Blowing out her Dora candle, that you can barely see!

Wearing ALL her dress up clothes

Opening presents

Now Paxton's wearing the dress up clothes!

These are from last night so we are officially caught up! The kids playing, "West Nitro Circus" which basically entails jumping off of things in the house!

Let's take this party outside and add wheels and speed!

I suck so bad!

So since I am incapapble of updating my blog with anything family related, I stole this from a blog I stalk (Thanks, Julie)....

Neat idea for Christmas. It's great for those of you who don't want to go overboard or who are on a tight budget (like me)!

Here's what you do: Just get them

Something to play with,
Something to watch,
Something to wear,
Something they need, and
Something to read

We will totally be doing this, this year, we are BROKE!!!

Mommy post!!!

We are officially diaper free. We have been changing diapers for over 6 1/2 years, sometimes two kids at a time.... and now I can say that we are officially a diaper free household.
